(서울=NSP통신) jeonghyun go Journal = Fair Trade Commission(FTC) decided to put a fine on Hanjin Heavy Industries & Construction since Hanjin issued delayed contract with its subcontractors even after the shipbuilding had already started.
FTC had Hanjin carry out corrective order and pay a fine of 37 million won to prevent recurrence.
Hanjin got caught putting off issuing the contract to subcontractors. The contract was not provided in advance and handed over after or in the middle of the construction.
This unfair act has something to do with a total of 29 contracts from 2014 to 2016.
Subcontractors damaged from the unfairness are two companies specialized in producing and assembling blocks. The companies working with subcontractors must issue the document with work type, due date, work location and contract terms included to subcontractors necessarily before they started on working.
