(Busan=NSP News Agency) nam seon DO Journalist = On October 24, in honor of the Busan Fireworks Festival, Park Hyatt Busan will present special promotions to add to the enjoyment of the show, available at the hotel’s restaurants, Lounge and Lumi Spa, all of which are ideal locations for watching the beautiful fireworks over Gwangan Bridge, framed by floor-to-ceiling windows.

Nestled on the 32nd floor, with picturesque views of the Gwangan-ri area and Gwangan Bridge, the hotel’s signature restaurant Dining Room will offer a special five-course dinner menu to be enjoyed during the fireworks display. The menu will include a crustacean platter of baby abalone, mussels, king crab and oysters; a selection of fresh sushi; spaghettini pasta with sea-urchin cream, octopus and pollack roe; bourbon-marinated beef ribs; and a sensuous dessert plate.

Located on the 31st floor, the modern French restaurant Living Room will prepare a five-course French meal highlighting honey. The special coursed menu will include foie gras terrine with fresh nectarine compote; lobster and scallop topped with truffle foam and orange-blossom honey; grapefruit sorbet flavored with acacia honey; smoked beef tenderloin; and lavender honey crème brûlée.

The Lounge on the 30th floor, with its cozy and elegant atmosphere, will present an antipasti buffet of special appetizers that can only be enjoyed at Park Hyatt Busan, plus Korean dishes, a dessert buffet and premium beverages.

Full of breathtaking views of Gwangan Bridge from the hotel’s 4th floor, Lumi Spa will offer a special promotion to enjoy a 90-minute massage treatment and, afterward, watch fireworks and savor light snacks and champagne.
