SPC group president Heo Young-in, a meeting with U.S. House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman

(Seoul=NSP News Agency) YEON SUN HAN Journalist = SPC Chairman Heo Young-in had a meeting with U.S. House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Ed Royce and Congressman Ami Bera visited SPC main office in Seoul.

During this meeting, they checked Paris Baguette’s current business activities in the United States and its future investment plans while discussing cooperation between the SPC Group and California.

“We will increase the number of Paris Baguette stores up to 300 and SPC Group employees up to 10,000 in the United States by 2020, so that both Korean and American youths can pursue their dreams.” said SPC Chairman Heo Young-in.

“Paris Baguette has made a significant contribution to job creation in various countries around the world by employing 1,500 people in the United States,"said Chairman Ed Royce,"I am convinced that the group will play an even greater role over time in the global food industry.”
