(Busan=NSP News Agency) nam seon DO Journalist = During autumn, the hotel’s signature restaurant Dining Room presents a “North American Grill Flavor” promotion offering a variety of grilled dishes prepared in authentic North American styles with unique smoked flavors.
Featuring open kitchens designed to awaken all the senses, Dining Room offers a five-course North American-style set menu with premium meats charcoal-grilled for deep smoked flavors.
For an appetizer, guests can choose either a warm grilled prawn salad served with fresh mango and bacon or a grilled scallop salad with asparagus and burrata cheese.
Following a fresh daily sushi selection, spaghettini pasta will be served with sea urchin cream, octopus and basil oil.
Delicacies also include homemade smoked salmon (marinated in maple syrup for six hours) and grilled bourbon beef ribs (marinated for 24 hours).
The finale will be a dessert plate of dark chocolate heaven, compressed banana, peanut ice cream, maple crème brûlée and pecan pie with whipped cream.
In addition, bourbon and Coke cocktails, featuring the smoked aroma of North American hickory, will pair perfectly with the food offerings.
The “North American Grill Flavor” promotion is available from 6:00pm to 11:00pm until October 31, 2015 at Dining Room, located on the 32nd floor of Park Hyatt Busan.
The menu is priced at KRW 140,000 per person for five courses, and KRW 20,000 per glass of bourbon and Coke (tax included).
