Dining Room presents the Spanish food specialty,Suckling Pig promotion menu.

(Busan=NSP News Agency) nam seon DO Journalist = The hotel’s signature restaurant Dining Room presents a “Suckling Pig” promotion offering barbecued suckling pig from Spain.

Famous for its Spanish name “Cochinillo Asado”, barbecued suckling pig is a specialty of Segovia, Spain.

It is served as a whole piece baked in the oven, with crispy skin texture and tender juicy steak inside.

Prepared by the hotel’s signature restaurant Dining Room, this promotion offers Dining Room’s sourdough bread served with peperonata dip and green olive dip, as well as Korean flavored sashimi salad, as starters.

As a main dish, oven-baked Spanish suckling pig is offered with bounteous grilled vegetables such as sweet pumpkins and potatoes.

In addition, dessert Assiette consisting of crisp puff pastry Galette with almond filling and apple compote is prepared, so the whole family or friends with a maximum of five can enjoy a full-course dinner.

Beginning on 1 October, the “Suckling Pig” promotion is available from 6:00pm to 11:00pm at Dining Room, located on the 32nd floor of Park Hyatt Busan.

It requires at least three-day advance reservations and is priced at KRW 500,000 for a maximum of five people (tax included).

Celebrating the opening of a private room, Dining Room will offer a bottle of premium champagne to guests who make a reservation for family gathering, business meeting or Sanggyunrae.
