A Tucson hydrogen fuel cell model and 4 electric powered Souls, which belong to Hyundai-Kia Automotive Group, acquired test driving licenses to test autonomous driving on the highways from Nevada state USA, giving an impetus to commercialize the autonomous vehicle.

Especially, this Tucson hydrogen fuel cell model is the first one which acquired autonomous driving license among the hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, not the mass-production vehicles, it succeed in get license mounting variety future autonomous driving technologies on it.

These autonomous vehicles realize the functions for autonomous driving based on the intelligent high safety technologies which are developed by Hyundai Motor Group, such as ▲ autonomous driving in the traffic congested section ▲ emergency stop onto the shoulder ▲ narrow road driving assist.
