(Busan=NSP News Agency) nam seon DO Journalist = Park Hyatt Busan is introducing various hampers at its pastry boutique Patisserie to show appreciation for those celebrating the Lunar New Year as well as offering promotion menus which guests are able to enjoy with their family at its restaurants.
In greeting the Lunar New Year, Patisserie has prepared various selections of hampers for guests with different preferences. First of all, there are two kinds of premium meat sets, enjoyable for the whole family, including premium Hanwoo Beef Ribeye, Hanwoo Beef Sirloin, Kalbi Sauce, Kwangyang Sauce and more, which will be delivered in a Park Hyatt Busan customized wooden box wrapped in Korean traditional cloth. The Seafood Set offers smoked and roasted salmon based on Park Hyatt Busan’s exclusive recipe, along with prawns, abalones and three special sauces. Also, three kinds of wine sets are prepared for fine pairing with cheese and/or ham. The Pastry Set offers Patisserie’s representative desserts, including green tea and black sesame pound cake, jujube and pine nut cake, chocolate madeleine and more. Not only are these selections known for their high quality and deep flavours, but a selection of wines and whiskey sets are also prepared. The gift vouchers for weekend brunch at the premium grill and sushi restaurant Dining Room, the modern French restaurant Living Room’s Chef’s Market Set Menu and the Lounge’s afternoon tea set will also be good options to express my gratitude.
Premium Lunar New Year hampers are available until Feb 8 and deliveries are valid until Feb 3. Prices are from KRW 48,000 to KRW 460,000 including tax. Some gift hampers are subject to delivery fees, and reservations must be made 3 days prior to delivery. The modern French restaurant Living Room is presenting a 4-course lunch set menu including and special dessert paired with sparkling wine. This set menu offers Assiette plate served with bite-sized appetizers, tomato basil soup and a choice of fried white flatfish or rib eye steak for the main course, finishing with an unlimited dessert buffet with premium tea or coffee. This special lunch promotion is from Feb 8 to 10 at the price of KRW 55,000 per person.
