This contract was that Pulmuone took over soy curd business, for 50 million dollars ( around 58.3 billion won Korean currency).

Pulmuone Corporate Partnership Fund set by Plumuone and National Pension, joined this contract with 50% of stake.

With this takeover, Pulmuone plans to enter the American major market of soy curd. Using distribution networks of these brands in the USA, it will expand to market of noodles in the USA, in addition to market of soy curd.
