(Seoul=NSP News Agency) jonghyuk Kim Journalist = Fair Trade Commission (chairman Jeachan Jung, FTC) fines 3 big marts, Home-plus, E-mart and Lotte-mart of 23.89 billion (provisional) for violation large scale distribution act and issues correction order.
This violation includes reduction payment, unfair return, unfair using employees of suppliers, unfair transfer personal expenses and delay issue written contract.
Especially, FTC decided to charge Home-plus of around 22billion won fine for reduction payment that gives economical disadvantage, and failure of corrective measures for unfair transfer personal expenses, also to charge it to the prosecution.
