(Seoul=NSP News Agency) dILFUZA Sultanova Journalist = Netmarble Games plans to acquire up to 5 trillion won (M&A) based on funds acquired through listing.
Netmarble Games, is expected to make its KOSPI debut on May 12, has held a public disclosure (IPO) press conference at the Conrad Hotel in Yeouido on the April 18.
"Netmarble will be able to increase up to 5 trillion won in cash this year by leverage on the basis of securing fund of about 2.5 trillion won through the listing. Through this fund, we will acquire companies in North America and Japan."Kwon Young-shik said in a press conference in Seoul.
Netmarble filed a securities report for listing on the Korea Exchange last month. The company is currently conducting an IR for domestic and foreign investors from October 10, and plans to subscribe for public offerings on Feb 25-26. The total price of the contest is estimated at KRW 2.15 trillion at the bottom of the band.
