DAEWON MEDIA CO., LTD. Sells Some Shares of DAEWON C. I. Inc., its Subsidiary, to Kakao Page Corp.

END7, Read 0(서울=NSP통신) soon ki Lee Journali = Daewon Media has entered into a strategic partnership with its content platform company, Kakao Page Corp., through its subsidiary, Daewon C. I.
Daewon Media said that it would transfer the shares(85,704) of Daewon C. I., a 100% subsidiary, to Kakao Page Corp. for 15 billion won through the announcement.
After the transfer, Daewon Media's Daewon C. I shares hold 347,142 shares(80.19% stake). With this agreement, Daewon Media expects to secure a drive for mid-term strategic investment and to be actively involved in the distribution of Nintendo's switch and Zoid Wild, the main business in the second half of this year.
