Renault Samsung Ranked First-Place in Service Center Consumer Satisfaction Survey

Consumer Satisfaction Survey of the Korea Consumer Agency (KCA) was conducted on 1,268 automobile service center users of top 11 domestic market share (5 domestic products and 6 imported vehicles) in three categories from October 15 to 24 last year.
Renault Samsung`s overall satisfaction score at the service center was 3.72 out of 5, which was the highest score among domestic cars in all three categories, service quality, merchandise, and favorability..
In order to provide satisfactory service to its customers, Renault Samsung is continuously investing into service improvement in 447 service networks, including 12 direct service centers, as well as specialized service centers (ESC) and cooperative service centers (ASC).
