Initial DID Association, Commercialization of Electronic Certificates Original Verification Service of Finance and Large Corporations

END7, Read 0(Seoul=NSP News Agency) soon ki Lee Journalist = ‘Initial DID Association’, a blockchain network, held ‘KOREA DID Initial Day’ to expand mobile electronic certification ecosystem.
Decentralized Identifiers(DID) introduced through this event is a service that proves the identify of individuals and manages their own personal information through distributed ledgers which are impossible to forge or alter.
DID Association plans to have 70 kinds of electronic certificates issued through ‘Initial’ app, which is scheduled to be released early next year, and to commercialize certificate original verification service of major domestic financial institutions and large corporations. Through this, it plans to lead the digital verification market by supplementing the existing paper certificates and accredited certificates by innovating the process of issuing and submitting the existing certificates and using them in a variety of industries such as banks, cards, securities and insurance.
