Samsung Myungjang(Masters) is a system that certifies employees with the highest level of expertise and know-how by working at least 20 years in manufacturing-related fields that require technical expertise and know-how.

Samsung Electronics selected one master in each field of manufacturing technology, equipment, and layout based on comprehensive evaluation of professional competence, technology level, junior training, and management contribution.

Moon Young-jun(55) from the Visual Display Business was selected as a manufacturing technology master, Bae Jong-yong(50) from the Memory Business as a facility master,
and Lee Seung-kwon(53) from the Foundry Business, as a layout division master.

Samsung Electro-Mechanics has also introduced the Samsung Myungjang system in the manufacturing technology field to foster top technology experts.

The first master of Samsung Electro-Mechanics, Jeong Hun-joo(50) from the Componunt Solution Business, is the best technical expert at MLCC(Multi-Layer Ceramic Capacitor) who has led facility localization and field innovation.
