SK networks hands over its oil related business to Hyundai oil bank

The MOU was made between SK networks and CORAMCO Hyundai oil bank in 2019. Since then, SK networks has worked on handing over its oil-related real estates to CORAMCO and its employees and oil managing assets to Hyundai, which was announced on 4th of March.
This will be finalized on 1st of June through general meeting of stockholders. SK networks could focus and boost its growth for Home care and Mobility business.
