The commercialization of IPTV of 3BB TV in Thailand is the result of KT’s provision of technologies and platforms for the overall IPTV business, including IPTV and OTT solutions, content transmission network optimization technology, advertisement and recommendation search services, and end-to-end quality control.
The scale of the business is 24 billion KRW, and despite the failure of companies’ global exports due to the Corona19, KT achieved the success of the first global entry of Korea’s IPTV through non-face-to-face collaboration.
Based on KT’s IPTV technology and platform, it has also added a customized function that takes into account the local situation in Thailand through market research. KT plans to continue to expand its entry into the global market based on the commercialization of IPTV in Thailand.
