END7, Read 0(Seoul=NSP News Agency) soon ki Lee Journalist = Samsung Electronics opened an electronic voting system today(7th) that allows shareholders to exercise their voting rights online ahead of the 52nd regular shareholders’ meeting held at the Suwon Convention Center in Gyeonggi Province on the 17th.
Shareholders can exercise their voting rights on each bill in advance without attending the shareholders’ meeting through electronic voting from 9 a.m. on the 7th to 5 p.m. on the 16th.
Shareholders can access the system in a comfortable way, whether PC or mobile, and conduct electronic voting by bill after checking the shareholders’ identity. As a certificate for confirming shareholders, a certificate for Koscom securities transaction or a certificate for personal use restriction of KFTC(Korea Financial Telecommunications & Clearings Institute)can be used.
