[부산=NSP통신] 김연화 기자 = The 2nd Great Celebration of UN Peace delivered preciousness of sharing and service and the message of peace all over the world.
More than one thousand students gathered to participant in the starvation experience overnight and share their warm heart each other.
Busan University Culture Union by the student unions of five universities in Nam-gu, Busan arranged this activity which is for leading to participation for solving this problem and realizing the seriousness of outbreak of hunger.

The experience lasted from 6pm, 26th to the next morning and participants watching the video of starving children felt pathetic.
At night they had spending time being in refugee town where they had built themselves and felt the poor’s hopeless life in person.

The congressman Jung-hun Kim and the mayor of Namgu Jong-cheol Lee took part in this event.
Moreover Marywaynne Ashford, the Novel Winner also the Peace activist and Guy Dauncey, a representative of the project for making the earth future in Canada visited with the message to encourage participants.

Meanwhile, UN Peace conference was held at BEXCO in Haeundae.
This conference conducted from 26th to 27th for two days having workshop “we draw the picture of peace” by the processor Ho-seob Yoon and teenagers discussion on the first day and followed by the lecture of Marywaynne Ashford and Guy Dauncey including their symposium that reminded us of the meaning of peace.
We expect the day when our peace and love lights Busan citizen’s heart as well as people’s in the world by two day’s hunger experience and UN Peace conference.
