ISC, Launching iSC-5G and iSC-NANO, Silicone Rubber Sockets

iSC-5G is a test socket for 5G system semiconductors for high frequencies above 28GHz, which is currently aimed at commercialization. The 5G high frequency market is drawing attention from global smartphone manufacturers and fabless such as North America and China, which are entering the commercialization stage.
iSC-NANO is a test socket suitable for testing semiconductor chips that are becoming ultra-miniaturized and ultra-precise, and is a product that applies PIN-type structure technology that is easy to implement ultra-fine. This new product will be introduced through Semicon Korea 2022, which will be held at COEX in Seoul from the 9th to the 11th.
