(Seoul=NSP NEWS) = HL D&I Halla won the secondary dolphin berth construction contract from Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries at around 79.4 billion (including VAT) won.

This project is about building a new outfitting berth for eco-friendly ships, including LNG carriers, in the Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries premises in Yeongam-gun.

The project includes a 383 m outfitting berth; 146 m road bridge; light buoy, and; slit protector constructions from 1 June 2023 to 30 June 2024.

The new structure will support the world’s largest shipbuilder to secure additional ship repair demand, expecting to help stimulate the local economy.
