(Seoul=NSP NEWS) = Bionote has completed the license registration of 'Vcheck cTSH', a canine thyroid stimulating hormone diagnostic kit, with the Japanese Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries(MAFF).

Bionote CEO said, “The Japanese animal diagnostic product market has a very high barrier to entry due to licensing by MAFF in Japan, but Bionote’s solid product capabilities have enabled us to consistently register our products,” “We will increase our market share in Japan through strategic original equipment manufacturing(OEM) business partnerships.”

Meanwhile, Bionote’s ‘Vcheck cTSH’ is a diagnostic kit that quantitatively measures the concentration of thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH) in dog serum as a fluorescent immune method. If ‘Vcheck T4’, licensed by MAFF in Japan in 2021, is used together with ‘Vcheck cTSH’, it is possible to quickly and accurately diagnose canine thyroid disease within 15 minutes at a Japanese veterinary hospital.
