(Seoul=) = DEEP:NEURO, an AI-driven brain aneurysm detection solution provided by DEEPNOID, a Korean AI healthcare company, was started to be seen in clinics and hospitals as a non-reimbursement item.

In 2023, DEEP:NEURO was selected as an innovative medical technology by MFDS and the Ministry of Health and Welfare after the innovative medical device integrated approval test. Then, it received the actual approval of the innovative medical technology usage report (clinical practice).

The solution was installed in seventeen tertiary hospitals in Korea. Patients may agree to use DEEP:NEURO to detect brain aneurysms in brain MRA images, and DEEPNOID may charge hospitals for each case.

DEEP:NEURO uses AI to help medical professionals diagnose brain aneurysms in brain MRA images. It provides consistent results for the condition, convenience, and accuracy in image reading so that medical professionals can respond and treat cerebrovascular diseases at the right time.

As more and more patients need brain aneurysm tests, the MRA test market is expected to grow.
