(Seoul=NSP NEWS AGENCY) = BBQ has entered 28 of the 50 states in the United States. Genesis BBQ announced on the 23rd that it recently opened a BBQ Omaha branch in Omaha, located in eastern Nebraska, USA.

Omaha, where the store is located, is the largest city in Nebraska and has the largest population.

Omaha is home to the headquarters of global investor Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway, and it is known that more than 40,000 people visit every year during this period for the annual general shareholders’ meeting.

The BBQ Omaha branch is located 10 minutes away from Berkshire Hathaway, and is expected to be able to introduce the taste of K-food to business figures from around the world who visit the company.

BBQ Omaha branch is a chicken and beer type store with an area of 78 pyeong (approximately 260 m2) and a total of 62 seats. The most popular menu among locals is the half-and-half chicken, which consists of golden olive chicken and seasoned chicken.

BBQ operates over 700 stores in 57 countries around the world, including the United States, Canada, Panama, Costa Rica, Philippines, Malaysia, and Vietnam.
