(Seoul=NSP NEWS) = LG CNS is accelerating its push into the domestic enterprise AX market through collaboration with OpenAI.

LG CNS has signed a contract with OpenAI as a ‘Reseller Partner’ and ‘Enterprise AI Service Implementation Partner’ to support the introduction, use, and operation of ChatGPT Enterprise.

ChatGPT Enterprise focuses on handling sensitive tasks by providing an environment where internal corporate information is not leaked externally or used for AI learning.

It boasts enhanced convenience through integration with internal systems and data, and features that quickly produce results even when uploading large documents. The company explains that it's easy for existing personal ChatGPT users to adapt, leading to increased consideration for corporate adoption.

LG CNS has established a dedicated organization, the "OpenAI Launch Center," to provide full-stack services encompassing consulting, technical support, and implementation. The organization consists of AI engineers, architects, and consultants, and has established a collaborative system with OpenAI's dedicated engineers.

In the future, it will also pursue the development of customer-tailored AI agent services using the OpenAI API.

LG CNS AI Cloud Business Division Head said, “Through our collaboration with OpenAI, we will further strengthen our leadership in the domestic enterprise AX market.”
