(Seoul=NSP NEWS) = Samsung SDS supports the Ministry of the Interior and Safety’s OnAI mobile service with its generative AI-based collaboration solution, ‘Brity Works’.

With its adoption as an official collaboration solution, it has also added a reference to the public collaboration market. Brity Works was selected as OnAI’s official collaboration solution and launched its official service on April 30.

Samsung SDS has been participating as the lead contractor in the intelligent work management platform construction project promoted by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety. Since November of last year, it has provided pilot services to major ministries and was adopted as an official collaboration tool following user evaluations.

Brity Works supports real-time reporting and approval, video conference participation, and AI meeting minutes summarization in a mobile environment. The focus is on enhancing business continuity by extending collaboration features necessary for the public sector to mobile.

A security system was also implemented. Samsung SDS established a structure that operates the internet network, administrative network, and public network separately.

They explained that they have enhanced the security level of public services by applying private key encryption to emails and messages and incorporating quantum-resistant cryptography technology.

Currently, about 70 central government ministries and committees are using Brity Works Drive.

Samsung SDS plans to enhance the efficiency of public sector operations by expanding mobile collaboration features and linking them with commercial AI services.
