(Seoul=NSP News Agency) YEON SUN HAN Journalist = SK Telecom has signed a MOU with Hwasung City on the 12th to promote a safe city development.
On this ceremony, Kim Sung-han, chairman of SK Telecom Smart City Unit and Park Dong-kyun, president of Hwaseong City Urban Safety Center, attended and pledged to cooperate to create a smart city in the future.
Through this business agreement, Hwaseong City decided to apply IoT technology such as SK Telecom's ▲integrated fire management solution, ▲toxic gas and micro dust response system, ▲safety protection service for those vulnerable to the transportation to the city infrastructure.
The services that are introduced here will carry out ▲ Identification of fire temperature and smoke volume through IoT sensor ▲ Real-time monitoring of toxic gas and micro dust by region ▲ Analysis of CCTV screen to prevent accidents involving senior citizens and disabled people, and expected to significantly enhance the level of city safety.
