(서울=NSP통신) soon ki Lee Journali = Daewon Media has entered into a strategic partnership with its content platform company, Kakao Page Corp., through its subsidiary, Daewon C. I.

Daewon Media said that it would transfer the shares(85,704) of Daewon C. I., a 100% subsidiary, to Kakao Page Corp. for 15 billion won through the announcement.

After the transfer, Daewon Media's Daewon C. I shares hold 347,142 shares(80.19% stake).

With this agreement, Daewon Media expects to secure a drive for mid-term strategic investment and to be actively involved in the distribution of Nintendo's switch and Zoid Wild, the main business in the second half of this year.

In addition, it predicted that various projects would be accelerated with regard to securing the original contents both at home and abroad.
