(Seoul=NSP News Agency) soon ki Lee Journalist = Doubleugames said that it plans to promote the listing of Doubledowninteractive(CEO, Kim In-geuk), its subsidiary, on the U.S. NASDAQ again.

According to the company, Doubledowninteractive plans to update the F-1 documents submitted to the US Securities and Exchange Commission(SEC) in 2020 as soon as possible and go through the SEC’s review process. After completion of the review, it plans to determine the optimal timing of listing in consideration of market conditions.

Meanwhile, Doubledowninteractive was acquired and operated by Doubleugames in 2017, with consolidated sales of 422.9 billion won and operating profit of 98 billion won in 2020.

A company official explained, “We are discussing with the host company and law firm to resume the IPO of Doubledowninteractive this year, and we will inform investors in more detail through public announcements regarding IPO-related matters determined through consultations.”
