(Seoul=NSP NEWS AGENCY) = LG Electronics provides unique customer experience with its air conditioner operated and managed by AI.

LG electronics will release new 2025 air conditioner lineup: LG Whisen Object Collection Tower I and LG Whisen Object Collection View I Pro.

This new lineup will let AI interact with customers to provide optimal cooling environment and cleaning management through its functions such as AI voice recognition, AI wind, AI home monitoring and AI heat exchanger cleaning function.

AI voice recognition of the new lineup is equipped with AI agent LG Purron to control the product by identifying customer's intention going beyond simple orders.

For example, if the customer says 'it's too cold' then the AI would ask 'shall i raise the temperature?' and if the customer says 'dont let the wind blow towards me' then it will change the wind direction.

AI wind function is also applied. Through radar sensors, AI would identify the real-time location of the customer and learn customer's preferred temperature providing optimal cooling.

Cleaning performance is also upgraded using AI. AI would analyze humidity and temperature data through sensor, check the pollution status of the heat exchanger and would automatically conduct cleaning.
